Currently, there are positions available in Dundas, Grand Bend, Maple, Markham, Milton, London, and Toronto Ontario for a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN), Registered Nurse (RN) and Personal Support Worker (PSW) to provide specialized pediatric home health care services to children in their homes. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring, assessing, and observing the child's medical needs. They will also be responsible for liaising with clients and families to coordinate care. They will report to the home or school and ensure the delivery of safe and effective care.
Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario, Personal Support Worker (PSW) certification
Experience working with pediatrics is an asset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
Demonstrated ability to problem solve and make decisions within a fast paced environment
Familiarity with standard nursing practices, policies and procedures
A Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
