TORONTO, November 6, 2023 - Joanne Gore, sought-after speaker, published author, and President of Toronto-based B2B marketing agency, Joanne Gore Communications, will wear multiple hats at this year’s Xplor CCM Summit, the not-for-profit association’s re-imagined Customer Communications Management (CCM) conference being held November 14-16 in Orlando, Florida.
Joanne has been a dynamic member of Xplor International since 2011, ultimately becoming Xplor Canada’s first female president in 2017. Today, she actively serves as Vice-Chair of the association’s volunteer board of directors (ABOD), as well as its Summit Chair. Alongside fellow Xplor members, Pat McGrew, M-EDP; Betsy Keplinger, M-EDP, CCSM1; Begin Thomas, Senior Architect, The Cincinnati Insurance Companies; and Association President and CEO, Skip Henk, EDP, the team revamped the conference’s session structure to dive deeper into the subjects that matter most to those in CCM.
