St. Louis, MO (April 30, 2026) — RapidFire Safety & Security (RapidFire) today announced that Jeremy Giauque has joined the company as Vice President of Fire Services, a newly created role. With more than 25 years of progressive leadership experience in the fire and life safety industry, Giauque will help scale RapidFire’s fire services platform and drive consistent operational performance across its locations nationwide.

In this role, Giauque will focus on standardizing service delivery across RapidFire’s footprint, strengthening technician training and development programs, and advancing safety and compliance practices to support a consistent, high-quality customer experience.

Giauque began his fire and life safety career after seven years of service in the United States Navy. He has held leadership roles spanning field operations, project management, estimating, and service management with Western States Fire Protection and Northstar Fire Protection of Texas.

In 2011, Giauque founded LifeProtection Sprinkler, LLC (LPS), a full-service fire sprinkler and fire alarm company, and led the business for more than 13 years. After LPS was acquired in 2021 and successfully integrated, he pursued his next opportunity in the industry.
