In this expanded leadership role, Nielsen will lead RapidFire’s people strategy with a focus on leadership development, team member experience, engagement, organizational design, and culture as the company continues to scale its national fire, life safety, and security platform.

Nielsen joined RapidFire in July 2024 as Vice President of Human Resources during the early stages of the company’s development. Since then, he has led the creation and growth of RapidFire’s people-focused initiatives, built a strong support team for team members across the organization, and served as a steady champion of the culture RapidFire is working to build every day.
