St. Louis, MO (Aug. 26, 2026) — RapidFire Safety & Security (RapidFire) today announced it has acquired Black Fire & Security Services (Black), a provider of fire protection, electronic security, and life safety solutions based in El Paso, Texas. Beyond its fire alarm and security offerings, Black provides fire extinguisher inspections and kitchen exhaust hood cleaning, expanding RapidFire's capabilities and strengthening its position as a comprehensive life safety partner for commercial customers.

Since 2020, Black has built a reputation for delivering personalized service and practical solutions designed to help customers protect their people, property, and assets. The acquisition expands RapidFire's presence in West Texas and enhances its ability to serve customers with a broader range of recurring inspection, compliance, and training services. Black’s customers will continue receiving the local support they have come to expect while gaining access to the additional resources and expertise of RapidFire.
